Many people are skeptical of ideas like The Secret and The Law of Attraction because we’re not yet living in the Utopian world that we dream of. Because we don’t have it yet, people believe that it will never happen. The truth is that it absolutely can happen, there just need to be enough people believing in it and taking action in order for it to go from the realm of dreams into actual reality.

I know that not everyone agrees with my way of thinking, but this is my personal perspective on why we don’t have that Utopian world yet. I believe that we’re all connected through energy. We’re made of it, it’s all around us, it connects us. We can affect that energy with our thoughts and actions. You can see it on a small scale when you see how a negative or positive person can affect the mood of a room full of people. Now, imagine that expanding on a global scale.

Let’s try to make that a bit clearer. Let’s say, for the sake of this discussion, that each human being can affect 20 other people with their energy. So they can either infuse 20 people with positive, negative or neutral energy. (And hardly anyone is ever really neutral.) So let’s say 5 people were in a room watching the news, getting depressed, feeling a lack of hope for the world. Their energy affects 100 people. Those 100 people, now feeling bad and probably experiencing their own negative input, affect 2,000 people. Those 2,000 people affect 40,000 people. And on it goes.

Now let’s say there are 10 people in a meditation circle. They affect 200 people when they go out into the world. That positive energy that they created balances some of the negative, so there are now 39,800 people experiencing the negative energy. You see how that works? In order to get balance or shift to the positive side, there have to be equal or more people spreading positive energy than there are ones spreading negative energy.

That right there is why we don’t have a better world yet. The media and organized religion have turned most of the population into mindless sheep who don’t think for themselves. They follow the images on the television and the things online, and they’re in constant emotional turmoil, always depressed and stressed, not liking themselves, living in fear and spreading hate and negative energy everywhere they go. Since there are more people spreading negativity or apathy than there are spreading love and positivity, the balance is off.

In order for the world to shift and for things to start going in the direction that so many of us dream of, we have to get more people spreading the right kind of energy. People need to think for themselves, love themselves, love each other, cooperate, share love and hope and joy. We have to work to shift our own energy and shift the people around us. The more that happens, the better chance we have to really change the world. But as long as we keep following the media and other forms of mind-control that keep us fearful and weak, we’ll never get there. We absolutely can have a better world, but each and every one of us has to do our part to make that happen.

There is absolutely such a thing as positive energy. But there’s so much negativity in the world that it’s so difficult to stay positive. Thing is, as you say, if you get more people getting together and being positive then going out into the world and spreading that positivity, it can absolutely work wonders.

This is actually why I’ve been doing Sunday meditations for certain themes and telling people about it on my social networks. It’s actually been scientifically proven that people meditating on the same thing at the same time can cause a shift in the energy in their area. I think I need to write a post about that.

I tend to ignore the naysayers. Once upon a time they thought that cars couldn’t go faster than 45mph without falling apart. They lack vision.
