Moving Things Around (Again)

Hi! Since you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed to get updates.

I’ve taken some time today to move some things around on the blog, and clean stuff up a bit.

I haven’t done much with the blog in a while, and it seemed like the thing to do. I’ve decided to take a much-needed vacation from all the overworking I’ve been doing lately, and just do some stuff that I enjoy. I used to love blogging, so I’m going to try to get back to it a bit.

I have no idea what future blogs are going to be about, but I have a feeling I’ll be writing more in the near future. I do know that I want to share some news here. However, I’m not going to be like most people… Most people I see posting news on their blog, FaceBook or whatever, are always posting all the gloom and doom that the media is always shoving down people’s throats anyway. I intend to find GOOD news and share it.

I made a post on my FaceBook a while back asking people to stop posting negative news for 30 days, just to see if they could do it. No one could. It’s sad if you ask me. People can’t focus on anything but negativity. Even posting about the unfortunate climate and weather events is bad news. I wish people would stop. I wish they would try to spread some cheer and hope instead of reminding us of all the bad there is in the world. There is a lot of good out there, if people would only take the time to look for it. It gets buried by the media, because people, for whatever insane reason, prefer pain and suffering over hope and prosperity. I don’t know what’s wrong with people, but I’m going to do my little part to make it different.

With any luck, my positive posts will spread the way that bad news does, and others will start to post better news as well. If you think about it, it would do the world a lot of good if we could make positive news into a trend. Can you imagine how people’s emotions would shift if they were being filled with the good news of the world instead of the bad? People would have hope, they would smile and laugh and tell others, and it would spread and infect others with that happiness.

So… That’s one of the things I’m going to be working on. I’ll do it when I can, and hopefully it will do good for the world. If not, it’ll at least make me feel better that I’m pulling myself away from the ugliness and making myself feel good.

Attention all Bloggers… Please read

Hey all. I am putting this call out to all the bloggers out there.

I have been writing how-to articles for some time now, and since they are part of my income stream (which is seriously suffering right now), it would be of great help if you would link to them in some of your blogs.

I have written about 160 articles, which can be seen here: brianadragon | eHow.com
I have written how-tos on a variety of subjects. I would greatly appreciate it if you would take a look at what I have written, and if any of them relate to the topic discussed in your blog(s), please link to them. Be sure to look at all the articles, as I have written multiple articles on single subject, and you may want to link to more than one. For instance, I have written at least 10 articles about bird care and training, and many articles about herbal cures, Earth-friendly tips, and relationship advice.

When linking to the articles, please do not copy the article to your blog. However, feel free to copy and use the intro paragraph, photo and title. eHow doesn’t provide an RSS feed, but if you would like to have a feed of what articles I have posted, you can find the feed for my Twine here: Briana Blair | Twine . I Twine all my articles, so you can find feeds there, if you think they would be of use.

All links are greatly appreciated, and I hope that they will add useful and interesting resources for all your readers. Feel free to post a comment with the URL(s) of any posts you make that link to my articles. More traffic for both of us!

Also, if your blog has anything to do with CafePress or POD sites, you may be interested in linking to Blair & Peacock Creations Clothes, Art & More : CafePress.com
