I’m always looking for new ideas for books I can write. I already did a creative insults handbook and a geeky insults handbook. I kinda like the handbook thing. They’re short, fun, and they can appeal to a lot of people. I recently got an idea for a new handbook that I could write.
I thought it might be fun to write a euphemisms and dysphemisms handbook. For those who are unaware of what those words mean, here are the definitions from WikiPedia:

One of the many things that saddens me in today’s society is when people engage in unnecessary negativity. There’s nothing wrong with sharing your opinion and making your thoughts known. However, there is something very wrong with those whose opinions include bashing, insults and other negativity that doesn’t need to be there.
What got me thinking about this topic originally was reading reviews that people were placing on books and products. Reviews are supposed to be a way for other people to know whether an item is worth buying or not. They should include specifics about why the product is good or not. This is not a place for one to go off on bashing the product or the creator.
